A Memorable Overnight Camping Experience at Ajmalgadh with Progress Alliance Growth Partners

Date of Journey: 9 Dec 2023 Embarking on a journey with the vibrant and energetic team of Progress Alliance Growth Partners Cluster 3, our destination was the enchanting Ajmalgadh, nestled near Vansda. With an exciting itinerary, we set out from Surat at 3 pm, ready for a night of camaraderie, adventure, and the tranquility of nature.






Arrival and Camp Setup: Our journey was smooth, and we reached Ajmalgadh by 5:30 pm. The first order of business was setting up camp, which turned into a delightful activity filled with laughter and team spirit. As the sun dipped below the horizon, our campsite buzzed with excitement and the promise of a memorable evening.




Campfire and Soup Delight: With the campsite set up, we gathered around a crackling campfire, sharing stories and creating lasting memories. To warm our souls, we indulged in a piping hot soup prepared on a portable stove, the aroma filling the crisp night air. The highlight of the evening was a delectable dinner featuring traditional Dangi dishes. Our menu included Nagli Rotla, a regional specialty, complemented by a medley of sabji, kadhi, and khichdi. The flavors were a true reflection of the local culinary heritage, leaving our taste buds delighted.


Overnight Chitchat: As the night progressed, the campfire became the focal point for engaging conversations and team bonding. Under the star-studded sky, surrounded by the serenity of Ajmalgadh, our overnight chitchat was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a sense of unity.


Morning Bliss: As dawn broke, we were treated to a breathtaking view of the sunrise, casting a warm glow over the landscape. Breakfast consisted of a simple yet satisfying meal of tea and khakhra, providing the perfect start to our day.
